Starter

2 Medium-sized pie sliced apples, sliced
1 CupDiced cooked chicken breast
1/2 CupGeschreddert fat-free cheddar cheese
1/2 CupShredded part skim mozzarella-cheese
1/2 CupCorn, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/2 CupFresh tomatoes
1/2 CupChopped onion
1/4 TeaspoonSalt
6 Flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
3/4 CupShredded lettuce
3/4 CupSalsa
6 TbspFat-free sour cream


In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Put about 3/4 cup on half of each tortilla. Folds to save tortilla half over the filling and with toothpick.


Put on a baking sheet with cooking spray coated. Bake at 400 ° for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.


Carefully turn Quesadillas; Baking you 5-8 more or until they are golden brown are minutes. Toothpick discard. Cut each quesadilla into three wedges. Serve with lettuce, salsa and sour cream. Yield: 6 servings.

2 Tubes (10 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 Cups(8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1-1/3 CupsCrisp rice cereal
1 CupCubed cooked chicken
1 Can(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 Package(10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained


Put biscuits in greased muffin cups, press dough on the bottom and sides. Each Cup add 1 tablespoon cheese and cereals.


Combine in a large bowl, chicken, soup, and broccoli; Spoon into cups. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless and Skinless
1 TLGarlic
1 CupPieces or sliced mushrooms
1 CupChopped zucchini
1 Can 15 oz picante sauce


1. Cut chicken into 1 / 2 "cubes." Cook over medium heat, 6-8 minutes, aside.


2. Heat pan on medium-high. Add garlic, sauté 1 minute.

4 OuncesCanadian Bacon, diced
1 Green onion, chopped
1 Medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 Red bell pepper, toasted and chopped
1 1/2 TablespoonsCrushed pineapple, well drained
1 TablespoonFat free Honey Dijon salad dressing
1 Can(10 Ounces) Whole grain bread dough, chilled or frozen
1/4 CupShredded mixed cheeses like mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and Romano
1 TeaspoonOlive oil
1 CupPizza sauce


Oven to 400 F. lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.


In a large bowl, add the Canadian Bacon, onions, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pineapple and salad dressing. Mix well.


Cut on a floured the dough into quarters area. Press each piece into a circle. With a rolling pin, roles you the dough into an oval. On each of the Canadian oval, add Bacon mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold the dough over the filling, then press together the edges. Crimp prick with a fork and place on the prepared baking sheet.


Brush the calzones with the olive oil. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Top each with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, warmed up, and serve immediately.

Pork loin Agrodolce

4 Bone pork approx. 1 "Dick"
1 ElOlive oil
2 ElHoney
1/2 CupBalsamic vinegar
1 TLChopped fresh thyme
1/2 CupChicken broth
2 ElButter

Season Chops with salt and pepper. In large nonstick skillet over med high heat warm oil. Add chops and Brown 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the honey, vinegar and thyme; Cook until the liquid thickens and 5 minutes to half is reduced. Stir in broth and bring to a boil.

Chops pan back; cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Uncover; Cooking chops occasionally turning and basting with sauce, for media about 15 minutes. Transfer chops to plate.

Increase in medium to high heat and simmer let sauce until thick, about 3 minutes. Take from the heat and stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper, spice and serve over the chops.

1 Plum tomatoes, diced
1 CupBlack beans, canned, rinsed
1 CupFresh corn kernels (about 2 ears)

1. Preheat grill medium.
