2 Medium-sized pie sliced apples, sliced
1 CupDiced cooked chicken breast
1/2 CupGeschreddert fat-free cheddar cheese
1/2 CupShredded part skim mozzarella-cheese
1/2 CupCorn, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/2 CupFresh tomatoes
1/2 CupChopped onion
1/4 TeaspoonSalt
6 Flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
3/4 CupShredded lettuce
3/4 CupSalsa
6 TbspFat-free sour cream


In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Put about 3/4 cup on half of each tortilla. Folds to save tortilla half over the filling and with toothpick.


Put on a baking sheet with cooking spray coated. Bake at 400 ° for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.

2 Tubes (10 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 Cups(8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1-1/3 CupsCrisp rice cereal
1 CupCubed cooked chicken
1 Can(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 Package(10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained


Put biscuits in greased muffin cups, press dough on the bottom and sides. Each Cup add 1 tablespoon cheese and cereals.


Combine in a large bowl, chicken, soup, and broccoli; Spoon into cups. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

1 Green onion, chopped
1 Medium tomatoes, chopped

1 Can(10 Ounces) Whole grain bread dough, chilled or frozen
1/4 CupShredded mixed cheeses like mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and Romano

1 CupPizza sauce


Oven to 400 F. lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.


In a large bowl, add the Canadian Bacon, onions, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pineapple and salad dressing. Mix well.


Cut on a floured the dough into quarters area. Press each piece into a circle. With a rolling pin, roles you the dough into an oval. On each of the Canadian oval, add Bacon mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold the dough over the filling, then press together the edges. Crimp prick with a fork and place on the prepared baking sheet.


Brush the calzones with the olive oil. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Top each with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, warmed up, and serve immediately.

Pork loin Agrodolce

Season Chops with salt and pepper. In large nonstick skillet over med high heat warm oil. Add chops and Brown 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the honey, vinegar and thyme; Cook until the liquid thickens and 5 minutes to half is reduced. Stir in broth and bring to a boil.

Chops pan back; cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Uncover; Cooking chops occasionally turning and basting with sauce, for media about 15 minutes. Transfer chops to plate.

Increase in medium to high heat and simmer let sauce until thick, about 3 minutes. Take from the heat and stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper, spice and serve over the chops.

Spicy Orange chicken

1.5 t. Dried Basil
1 Small can mandarin oranges

Flour, salt and pepper into the bag. Shake the chicken pieces until coated. Brown on both sides in butter in the skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease.

Did add sauce and pan. Cover and Cimmer ~ 30 minutes or until soft. Add mandarin oranges for a "sophisticated touch" drained and heat about 5 minutes.

Note: Chicken and sauce in covered pan cooking the cover of a little thicker sauce at the end of the cooking time, but tip. Bon appétit! This freezes well, if you do it before and save last supper for "Company". XO Grammy

1 Envelope of taco seasoning
2 Tubes from large puff pastry (chilled) (16.oz oz)
2 CupsGeschreddert cheddar cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400.


2. Cook beef and onion until beef no longer is pink.


3. Grease drain and Taco Seasoning according to instructions to add.


4. Let meat cool something down


5. Flatten you 1 / 2 the biscuits in a 4-inch circles with a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.


6. Spoon 1/4 cup meat atop each cookie.


7 1/4 Cup shredded cheese to the add each biscuit.


8. Flatten you remaining biscuits and add to the top of the biscuits with meat.


9. Pinch down to seal edges.


10. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown are.

4 Tortilla Taco size
8 Spoonfulls pizza sauce
1 BagShreaded cheese
1 Small Pack mini peperoni
1/2 CupMushrooms (optional)
1/3 CupSedless olives (optional)
1 Diced tomatoes (optional)


First, use a frying pan to cook 4 tortillas. You may need 1 or 2 at a time to cook. Flip the tortillas. Cook for about 1 minute per side. then, they put on a cutting board. Add your toppings, starting with the cheese, then mini pepperoni. Add your additional surface again, like mushrooms, seedless olives, tomatoes, or what you would like on your pizza. Then cook until the cheese melts. Serve immediately! Enjoy, this is a little healthier than normal pizza!


If children make help, you will allow sure, that you removed keep them out of the frying pan, only to do the pads. Use if you varied cheeseless instead of pizza sauce pesto and forget the cheese!

1 Can(10 3/4 Ounces) Campbell's ® cream of chicken soup (regular or 98% fat free) compressed
1 1/2 CupsWater
1/4 TeaspoonPaprika
1/4 TeaspoonGround black pepper
2 CupsUncooked instant white rice.
2 CupsFresh or frozen broccoli flowerets


Heat the oil in a 10-cm frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and boil for 10 minutes or until on both sides well browned. Remove the chicken from the pan.


Stir the soup, water, paprika and black pepper in pan and heat, bring to the boil. Stir in the rice and broccoli. Reduce the heat to low. The chicken in the pan back. Sprinkle the chicken with additional paprika and black pepper. Cover and boil for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked but. Yield: 4 servings.

Brown, Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. You can cook it in chicken broth or vegetable broth for extra flavor. I usually forget that step and Cook only in water.

Chop the onion and the garlic. If you want to not in the habit, with fresh garlic, you him give a try. The pre-chopped things into the glass works well for this recipe, but it's not nearly as good.

FRY to the onions and garlic in the oil until the onions are Transluscent.

Add to beans, chili powder, cumin, and salsa. Everything you stir and heat it through.

Serve it over rice with shredded cheese and sour cream if you want.
