1/4 CupWalnuts
1/2 CupFresh basil leaves
1 TablespoonOlive oil
1 Clove of garlic
1/4 TEASPOONSalt
1/4 TEASPOONPepper
1/4 CupFreshly grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare gnocchi according to package directions. Drain, keep warm. In the meantime microwave walnuts on high 1-2 minutes, stir all 3o seconds, until fragrant and lightly toasted, cool. Chop walnuts and basil, Basil/nut mixture with olive oil and chopped garlic combine with salt and Pepepr. Add the gnocchi.
