Ate vegetables one my picky really.

Total time: Less than 15 minutes
Ingredients: Chicken & Turkey
Current cooking time: 15 to 30 minutes

1/2 TspSalt
1/2 ElOlive oil
1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless and Skinless
1 TLGarlic
1 CupPieces or sliced mushrooms
1 CupChopped zucchini
1 Can 15 oz picante sauce


1. Cut chicken into 1 / 2 "cubes." Cook over medium heat, 6-8 minutes, aside.


2. Heat pan on medium-high. Add garlic, sauté 1 minute.


3 2-4 3. Add Zucchini and mushrooms, Saute minutes, until soft.


4. Add 4. picante sauce to mix salt and chicken. Bring the mixture to the boil, reduce heat and minutes simmer for 3-4.


Can be used on whole grain bread, pasta, rice, or cauliflower. Their choice of mild, medium or hot picante sauce spice something really can!
