16 oz(2 large) sliced Skinless boneless chicken breasts, even bit-sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
2 TLOlive oil
6 TbspWhole wheat bread Italian of seasoned bread crumbs
2 ElPanko
2 ElGrated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil (I used my Misto)


Oven to 425 °.


Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.


Put the olive oil in a bowl and the bread crumbs, Panko and Parmesan cheese in another.
