Starter
1 Plum tomatoes, diced
1 CupBlack beans, canned, rinsed
1 CupFresh corn kernels (about 2 ears)
2 TablespoonsCorn flour
1 PoundPrepared whole grain pizza dough
1/3 CupBarbecue sauce
1 CupShredded mozzarella, preferably smoked mozzarella
1. Preheat grill medium.
2. Combine tomatoes, beans and corn in a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle cornmeal on a large baking sheet. Stretch the dough into about a 12-inch circle and place it over the cornmeal, the entire bottom of the dough coating.
3. Transfer the crust on the grill from the baking sheet. Close the lid and cooking, until the crust is browned in 4 to 5 minutes puffed up and lightly on the bottom.
(4) With a large spatula, flip the crust. Spread barbecue sauce on it and quickly sprinkle with the tomato mixture and cheese. Close the lid; Grill until the cheese is melted and browned the bottom of the crust, 4 to 5 minutes.
